  1. Where and how can a person with Hashimoto’s get tested for heavy metals. What are the best resources related to heavy metal exposure and impact on thyroid function.

  2. Videos on first loading say “Error setting up player- invalid license key”. You should probably contact the vendor and then please get back yo us all on how to listen to them. All of these topics are close to,the most important so far. Please advise.

  3. I have actually given up on day 3. Tried everything but still cuts out. Then I seem to be only hearing the end of each word. I am annoyed

  4. A lot of frustration, very difficult to hear. Days 1 and 2 videos were OK. Today it is impossible to listen to them. Sorry. Goodnight.

  5. Glad to hear about that connection between hypothyroidism and autism with the iodine and other thyroid nutrient and antagonistic substances. This is where the holistic picture opens up when you blend this knowledge with What Jeff Bland had to say about understand the connection between framework and function in the human body. You have a long way to go but the track is correct. Within a few years you will have reversing treatments for many autism cases which take weeks instead of years. Some interesting details on autismreversal.com

  6. the first 2 days were great but every talk today except Ken Bock spend more time buffering than speaking. I tried the low resolution when available but still got the same problem.
If you can correct this please repeat this day and let me know. Is it going to be the same tomorrow? If so I wont be bothering with it, very disapointing today.

  7. So frustrating trying to listen. Never had so much trouble with a summit and am disappointed to miss important sessions. Day 3 was the worst.

    1. Hi Shari,

I tried using a different video player because people complained that the other one wasn’t working.

I reverted back to the first one.

The problem here is these HD video interviews are bigger files than skype calls, so they do take a little longer to load.

      Sorry about that,

  8. Video sound has been citting out everyday for me.
I heard most of Dr. Piersons brilliant and helpful talk! I have hypo thyroid & have been wonding when it started. I remember having cold hands and feet as a child.
After hearing Dr. Peirson mention late arrival of teeth I now realize it may have been from birth!

  9. Soy in any and all forms, fermented or unfermented, has now been found to be a non-food and harmful. Do the research for yourself. I sub homemade coconut aminos for Soy sauce or Tamari, and simply cut out all the other forms of soy. Here’s my recipe (Vegetarians, use veggie broth instead.)
Soy Sauce & Coconut Aminos Substitute – Makes 2/3 cup
In a small saucepan, bring to a brief boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to a gentle simmer:
    1 cup beef broth
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    4 tsp. blackstrap molasses
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. coarse (granulated) garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Cook until reduced to about 2/3 cup (7-10 min. MAX). See NOTE
    Remove from heat, and add:
1/4 tsp. salt taste to make sure it’s salty enough for you.
1/2 tsp. fish sauce (optional) — like Red Boat
Pour into a BPA-free container and allow to cool. Store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
Use in any recipe that calls for soy sauce. Splash it around willfully!”
Replying to: Erica Peirson: “Fermenting soy lowers phytic acid, not phthalates. It’s important to lower phytic acid because it binds minerals”.

  10. Thank you for mentioning Micah! What I would like to add for anyone who may doubt the connection is the fact that his 3 year old brother, also born with CH was treated from birth and is nuerotypical and has never experienced any of the health or growth issues. Thyroid hormone is SO important and I am so thankful for those in the medical community who care about children like mine.
